As usual, every month mesti ada cerita pasal TSdayout. This is the last TSdayout in 2013. So pada 30 November 2013 haritu, Tourism Selangor mengadakan outdoor activity which is called Slackline KL di Gua Damai Gombak. SlacklineKL ni lebih kurang macam meniti titian siratul'mustaqim lah. haha gurau..

Okay, actually it’s a sport where a person balances on a line that’s
tension-ed between two anchors (like trees, for instance). The line is not tight
like a tight-rope but is slack, bouncy and pretty much resembles a giant rubber
band. The challenge of standing up on it to balance is commendable, let alone
walking it.
So the benefits of this sport is to:
- BALANCE
- PROPRICEPTION
- COORDINATION
- RELAXED STATE OF MIND
- FOCUS & AWARENESS
- CORE STRENGTH
- FUN
As for me yang berbadan elephant ni memang susah nak balance badan atas bendalah tu. Menari-nari bagai sampai terjatuh kemudian luka kat siku sebab terkena batu. hew hew. Well abang masih gagah teurskan. So kalau hari-hari main benda ni, boleh pecah lemak tau.

There is a lot of style to play this sport, kau boleh berjalan, melompat secara berdiri, melompat secara duduk, imbang badan sambil bersila dan macam-macam gaya lagi. Semuanya kena balance-kan badan.

I've lost 2KGs. haha tipu je. So anyone yang nak main sport ni, atau nak buat team building ataupun latihan kecergasan. Contact je diorang ni. Layan tip top, PR diorang pun bagus. Tak sombong dan mereka sangat friendly. Setakat ni tak pernah lagi ada kes kematian main slackline ni. Haa jangan risau.
